1. Do the screening venues have any preventive measures against the Novel Coronavirus infections?
Cinemas have strengthened their Anti-infection precaution measures, including require all audiences to wear masks, temperature check upon admission and forbid eating and drinking in the house.

2. Will there be a refund of tickets available if screenings are cancelled due to COVID-19?
For alternation or cancellation of screenings, ticket holders may choose to attend a screening of a replacement film at the same time slot or to get a refund. Refund form can be downloaded here

Completed forms with ticket(s) should be returned by post to the Hong Kong International Film Festival Society Limited (8/F, The Rays, 71 Hung To Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong) within 30 days of the screening date. Refund cheques will be sent to ticket holders by post. (All services fees will not be refunded). 

The HKIFF Society reserves the right to change the programme, programme details and the schedule should unavoidable circumstances make it necessary. Screening alterations and cancellations will be announced on the HKIFF website and at the screening venues.
