1. Where can I check the screening time and venue?
Please refer to the Festival website www.hkiff.org.hk > “Films Listing” section or check the “Programme Diary” page of the booking folder.

2. Where to check if the respective screening is full?
Patrons may check with URBTIX Ticketing Enquiry Hotline (+852) 3761 6661 and HK TICKETING Hotline (+852)2922 8288 or through the “Programme Updates” > “Full House Screenings” section of the Festival website.

3. How do I know if any English and/ or Chinese subtitles are available?
General Policy: Unless otherwise stated, all films (except English-speaking films) are subtitled in English. For screenings with Chinese subtitles, it will be indicated on the “Programme Diary” page of the Booking Folder and at the programme synopsis section of the Festival website.

4. How do I get the latest information of HKIFF?
Latest information may be obtained through the Festival website www.hkiff.org.hk.

5. Where can I check if there is any change in screening time and follow-up events?
Any change in programme and schedule can be found on the Festival website www.hkiff.org.hk > “Programme Updates” section, or at the notice board of HKIFF’s screening venues and major ticketing outlets.
