Tenders must contain the following information: |

Tenders must be clearly marked with the relevant tender reference (HKIFF 34-02) on the envelope, addressed to the Executive Director, Hong Kong International Film Festival Society, prepare in duplicate and placed in the tender box situated at the Hong Kong International Film Festival Society Office, 21/F., Millennium City 3, 370 Kwun Tong Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong, before 12 noon on Tuesday, 2 February 2010. Late tenders will not be accepted. |

In the event typhoon signal No. 8 or above is hoisted or a black rainstorm warning signal is issued before 12 noon on the tender closing date, the tender closing time will be postponed to 12 noon on the following working day. |

There will be a Tenderers’ Briefing for the Provision of Event Production at 11 a.m. on Monday, 25 January 2010 held at the Hong Kong International Film Festival Society Office, situated at 21/F., Millennium City 3, 370 Kwun Tong Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong. We will shortlist suitable tenderers and call for more detailed information from them in February 2010. If you do not receive any notification by 25 February 2010, you may consider your application unsuccessful. |

The Hong Kong International Film Festival Society Limited does not bind itself to accepting the lowest tender or any tender, and may negotiate with any tenderer on the terms of the offer. |
