You can order the Publications of Hong Kong International Film Festival by post, by fax or on the web.
 
Step 1 Select your favourite items
Step 2 Send your order to our office by post/ fax/ e-mail
Step 3 We will inform you of the postage rates and bank charges by phone or email
Step 4 Send in your money order (payable to "The Hong Kong International Film Festival Society Limited")
Step 5 We will contact you again for the delivery arrangements upon receiving your payment
 

VISA, MasterCard and American Express are accepted for payment. The service fee is HK$10 per item purchased.

Step 1

Look for your favorite items and put them into the shopping cart.
1. To order an item, enter the quantity and click the ˇ§Add to Cartˇ¨ button.

   
Step 2 Shopping Cart
1. After your selected items get placed into the cart, you may view all items in your shopping cart. You can also modify the order by clicking the ˇ§deleteˇ¨ button and select your items again.
2. Review your shopping cart. Click the ˇ§Continue Shoppingˇ¨ button to keep on selecting your favorite items.
3. When you finish shopping, click the ˇ§Checkoutˇ¨ button. Your order will be transferred to Cityline.
   
Step 3 Log into Cityline
1. If you are already a member of Cityline, simply enter with your login ID and password. For non-member, please log into the system by inputting all necessary information.
   
Step 4 Select Collection Method
1. For Publications, you can either collect the books in person at our office in Central or by mail
   
Step 5 Review and Submit Your Order
1. Check the accuracy of all the information, including item details, postage, total amount and your personal information, and make any necessary adjustments. Make sure all information is correct before clicking ˇ§Confirmˇ¨ button to submit your order. The payment will be debited from your credit card.
2. Once you place your order, a Confirmation page will be shown. Cityline will send you a confirmation email message. Transaction cannot be canceled after confirmation.
   
Step 6 Mail Delivery / Collection In-Person
1. For Mail Delivery , you will receive your items in 4-6 weeks.
2. For Collection In Person , please have your invoice number ready. You are advised to print out the email confirmation after the order process as this will act as your invoice. Our staff will inform you of the collection details after your items are ready to be picked up. You should also bring along your credit card to collect your favourite items.

•  Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please have your invoice number ready for collection. You are advised to print out the confirmation email.
•  Our staff will inform you of the collection details when your items are ready to be picked up . You are requested to bring along proof of purchase for collection, including your credit card and a copy of confirmation email. For your protection, please report to our staff at once if you fail to receive the confirmation email from Cityline (or lose the invoice number).
