Opening with the deadpan dehumanization of hiring interviews, this satirical film explodes into dual worlds of the Buenos Aires upper class, separated by a fence and a bit more. On one side, the domestic, Belen, faces bleak isolation, luxurious order and the bloodless life of a suburban gated community. On the other side, glimpsed through the shrubbery, the naked truth: a nude commune whose temptations and revelations turn the maid’s life upside down. And release inner animals galore.
